Komal Motwani

In her role as the Firm’s Senior Analyst, Komal works very closely with all members of the Firm. She assists Matt on many client meetings and has a significant role in providing investment analysis and implementing recommendations of the Firm’s investment strategy. Komal also co-chairs the Firm’s Investment Research Committee. Her strong academic background has given her a robust understanding of holistic financial planning strategies.

Komal earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Financial Accounting & Auditing) from University of Mumbai, India, Master of Science in Management (Banking & Finance) from University of Wales and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ designation. Giving her valuable time to furthering her own knowledge, Komal has authored numerous articles in various investment publications & newsletters. Some of the notable publications that she has written for are MarketWatch, Advisor Perspectives, Wealth Management, Insurance News & European Business Magazine. She is also the co-author of YAIA newsletters. Komal is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA). The NAPFA (National Association of Personal Financial Advisors) is an exclusive association of financial advisors. She contributes to CFP Board’s work as a volunteer and is also a member of the Greater Pittsburgh Compliance Roundtable.
